I began leasing luxury apartment homes directly out of college. It soon became clear that I liked working with people and real estate sales was my future. My 25+ years of selling and renovating real estate has given me vision – a keen sense of what buyers are looking for. The goal is to provide a positive and lasting first impression for buyers. Preparing to sell a home can be a daunting task and it is often hard to view ones own home objectively. I have learned that each client has his or her own unique needs and goals. Throughout the buying and selling process it is key to keep clear and consistent communication- we work together as team. I believe it is important to respond quickly to clients needs. My many years of experience, honesty, and effective negotiating skills has kept my referral based business thriving. My home design and remodeling experience has benefited my clients through the years. I provide my sellers with the tools to prepare their home for sale and guide them through the process. Most importantly, I pride myself on going above and beyond from listing until closing. My goal is to give them confidence through a sometimes stressful time.
My husband, a general contractor/master craftsman, and I have remodeled many homes and condos in our 18 years of marriage. You may say we are “real estate junkies!” The art flipping/renovating is our passion. We tour neighborhoods, exploring, searching and sharing our thoughts on design and the real estate market. We have learned a lot over the years taking on these projects along with the fluctuating real estate market. Now, we choose to share that knowledge with our friends, and clients.
